''What if you do not get enough clients/guests for the month?''
-Regardless of occupancy rate for the month you will still have a secured rent every month from us.

''How will my property hold up with time?''
-less wear and tear on the property, every time a guest checks in and out we send cleaners and handymen to upkeep the property and get it ready for the next guests. There are also some vacant days every week/month. This causes the house to be used less.

''How can you guarantee you will treat my property with care?''
-This is a review based business. Reviews matter the most. So that means in order for me to get business flowing I need great reviews. And let me tell you something guests will only leave good reviews if the property was clean, unkept and if they had a good experience overall. What does that mean for you? That only assures you that I will take care of your property!

''What if a guest damages something... will I be responsible?''
-No, we have the type of Insurance to cover all damages caused by our guests. My business, any damages caused by guests will be paid out and will be fixed. This will give you a peace of mind knowing that you don’t have to lift a finger when it comes to this.
​''How long?''
-We plan on resigning the lease every single year, we plan on investing into the property, with furniture, set up costs, and marketing. We will be your best and last tenant.

''Is it safe?''
-We perform background checks and id our guests for security. We have ring cameras installed the property to have 24/7 surveillance and also install smart locks if for extra security.
